SO MUCH GRATITUDE

My deepest gratitude to my family, friends and all of the people in our Vermont community who have reached out in solidarity and support for my campaign and decision to run for elected office.

Over the past several years, it has been difficult to be a counterweight to the prevailing narrative and essentially play the role of an iconoclast, but I had to speak out. All of the education and work I have done through my life, including my work as a clinical nutritionist and science teacher, has provided me with information and a unique perspective on health, public health, the role of preventative healthcare, health policy, the corporate capture of the regulating agencies and the absolute rights of an individual to make their own private, personal healthcare decisions. I had to use my education, my experiences and my knowledge to speak out and try my best to have a positive impact on the future of humanity and our country.  In the health choice movement, I am working my hardest for truth and justice and sharing the information, research and experience that I have gained on my journey feels vital through these times.  My goal is community conversations and collaboration in order to reach real solutions.

It has been a difficult journey, and many have attacked me verbally and reached out to criticize my questioning of the path through covid but so many more have reached out in solidarity and support, and this has offered such necessary strength during the difficult times of my attempts and determination to share the other side of the story, the concerns, the research and evidence, and the ethical questions surrounding the handling of the covid crisis.  So many people in Vermont have come together to stand up for what we believe is right and will help humanity, our world and especially our children.

I offer so much gratitude and thanks from my heart to all of those who have been in the good fight standing up for freedom, human rights. and inalienable constitutional rights for so long. Working with you along this journey has been a blessing and I am so grateful to so many for their tireless and dedicated energy and effort for freedom, democracy, health choice and the future of humanity.

I am especially grateful to the local NEK health freedom crew, Health Choice Vermont and the Vermont Stands Up communities who have been the most amazingly brilliant, strong, brave, compassionate warriors I have ever met and worked with. Your research and commitment to truth and freedom and humor along the way have been essential. I cannot even express my gratitude for all the work, dedication and compassion that you have shared and shown along the way. It has been a rocky road; a rough and tough journey and I am so glad we walk it together as we stand up for what we know in our hearts and minds is right and true and just.  We are getting there.

Finally, and most importantly, I especially thank my husband and children and close friends for their patience, input and unconditional love during the best and worst of times. And I thank my parents and sisters for their enduring guidance, support and love.  I am blessed to walk this journey with you all. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude, appreciation and love.

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and soul.

May truth rise up over lies.

May good rise up over evil.

Thank you all for walking this journey with me.

I have faith that truth and justice will prevail
